Mirage quest broken (can't get mirage)

Right so I didn't exactly know what category to put this in but I feel it's a general issue , I have the quest to get mirage and I played the mission Olympus to get the mirage helmet blueprint , however I didn't receive and now my quest says to build the helmet to continue my quest but I have no helmet to build , I've played the mission again with the quest and nothing , thus resulting in me being unable to get mirage without either someone gifting it to me , or myself buying with platinum , please help me figure out what the issue is so I can get mirage!
