Ferrite Imbalance

So I'm trying to build both a Hek and an Akbolto, and so I'm farming Earth and Vay Hek for neurodes. However, I find that the amount of Ferrite I find on these levels is too damn high, making farming for Rubedo and Neurodes much tougher, especially since even Vay Hek drops Ferrite, it can make this boss - though others have a similar problem - really frustrating. So if you could make a boss drop only rare components, or at least more of them, it would help out.

my only comment - the drops for common resources aren't very fair. they should probably be about equal. the rare resources - there's only one per planet so that's fine.

I've been farming Mercury for ferrite and it's working pretty well here. Playing on Lares and making tons of infested spawn works well for it.

It's fine the way it is because making it 100% rare resources will cause farming them to be a piece of cake. You don't need a staggering amount of them anyway, 10 orokin cells for prime weapons is the most out of any weapon.

That's a research weapon and you have to be rank 7 to use it anyway. Not an issue for anyone with the BP. My point is that anything you might need as a new player is cheap and doesn't require much rare resources.

I take it you haven't seen some of the new production costs: Even building something as basic as the Afuris (a zero mastery weapon); requires 9 rare resources assuming you don't spend plat: 4 Neurodes per Furis x 2 = 8 Neurodes total, plus the cell.
