Atheau
that would be called a lance..... Javelin? Lances aren't a thrown weapon. (I guess it could be a naming convention in the game, I haven't played Dark Sector, but calling a weapon what it isn't would be silly, you'd think). Reaver_X
thought a lance and a javlelin were just about the same thing.
FallenLucifer21
it looks amazing but it replaces one of your hands, so maybe thts why they didnt incorporate it into the game
Atheau
thought a lance and a javlelin were just about the same thing. They're both in the spear (Thrusting) class of weaponry, yes. Javelins are light, have really long hafts and generally designed for throwing. Lances are heavy, often have more 'blade' than handle, and were made for use on horseback (Primarily for cavalry and/or in jousting).
