Syndicate Missions Disappearing

So I had 10 Syndicate missions available in navigation.  Three each for Hexis, Suda, and Steel.  Plus one Simaris daily.  Went to make a sandwich, and when I came back 2 of my Steel Meridian missions had disappeared.  What gives?  Can't find anything on the forums by way of a solution or cause, just two old archived posts that no one responded to.  Am I just SOL?  It's bad enough that I have to wait 24 hours between these things, and an separate 24 hour wait to earn daily rep.  It's enough of a sloggy grind without bugs.  Here's hoping this doesn't become a regular occurrence.  Any solution, or even acknowledgement of the problem would be greatly appreciated.
