(XBOX)Spriggyn Posted August 23, 2017 Share Posted August 23, 2017 (edited) Xbox live was down for a approximately 3 hours today (08/22/2017) so I gave it a while before signing back into warframe. When I signed back in, I lost my platinum count and my mastery rank experience was reset. I had exactly 200 platinum that I was deciding what to do with, and I was almost at mastery rank 6, both of which have been depleted. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? It's really bothering me and I'm wondering what could have happened? Will I get a refund for my platinum? Or atleast get my platinum and experience back somehow? Stormdragon Posted August 23, 2017 Share Posted August 23, 2017 (edited) I have no idea of what might have happened on xbox servers, if it affected anyone else there or if ps4 players have experienced something similar as well, however we can't do much here on forums, so your best choice (and for anyone else with a similar issue) would be sending a ticket to support asap to see if they can revert this change.
