Invisible Walls, Pillars etc

After playing with Lenz, I've notice there are few invisible walls etc that I never noticed before. 

- There are 2 translucent pillars on the 2nd floor right next to the endurance drift circle pad. 

- There seems to be an invisible wall in the corpus defense map, mainly the same one as in Romulus of Venus. There is a (only) crate on the side of the defense pod, if you stand on the side of the crate trying to shoot towards the direction of the pod, an invisible wall will caused my arrow to explode and kill me. 

There might be more invisible stuffs somewhere, do note then down if you guys come across them.
