Scaling Decorations Not Working

i dont know much about computers / the game options or anything but when the whole tip thing shows up when scaling a

 

decorative object appears, in huge bold letters in the middle it says "/LANGUAGE/EE_MENUS/ACTION_ACTION"

 

does anyone know what it means? im probably missing something very obvious to you guys out there lol

Oooh, I had this problem too. What the deal is, is that the decoration placement only works completely with the default controls.

Go to controls, customize controls, find the control for 'Roll' (not sprint/roll or any other variations, just 'roll'), then set that to whatever button you'd like to scale decorations with. (I used P)
