Missing items weapons warframes and blueprints

I logged into my account and almost all the frames I had are missing all prime parts 1500 platinum and most of my built prime weapons and broken war is this a bug or a hack I spent like 140 on both prime access packs

The same happened to me, all my prime gear and everything save 2 frames, 2 melee, 2 rifle missing, some things that I cannot get anymore. Very upsetting to not be able to play the game now, as well as get no reply from support when they claim a daily forum review.... The game may be free, but we pay good money for items not to come back to them missing. Please fix your game.
