If you collect all of them, you can craft a badge, which in turn gives you XP for your Steam profile. As you level up your Steam profile, you unlock more features for your profile (like a Warframe wallpaper). You can also sell them on the Steam Community Market and get real money added to your Steam Wallet, which will allow you to buy more games. It's basically like a rewards program you see with credit cards, but with features similar to an auction house, and is for games instead of other real world discounts. If you have duplicates, sell em(Trinity in particular is pretty expensive @ ~60 cents per card) and buy one you don't have.
