Genetic imprint "Unknown Error"

Whenever I go to the genetic imprint page of the kubrow/kavat it tells me I have an imprint to claim, but if I click it I recieve a message that says "Unknown Error"

I am unable to create imprints because of this error.  Any help with this would be appreciated

I'm having a similar problem where I can't make imprints due to the game thinking I've made two from the same pet already but I don't have any in my inventory.

I'm having the exact same error as OP, can't claim an imprint that's been there for the longest time due to it saying "Unknown Error" 

 

Any help would be appreciated, tried logging in and out, tried re-downloading, tried verifying cache, nothing works.
