Unresponsive Controls in Orbiter

It's been happening on rare occasion since I started playing again a few weeks ago (is generally guaranteed to happen at least once a day though, if not 2 or 3 times), but sometimes when I come out of a mission, my character in the orbiter will not respond to any keyboard inputs. My mouse movements are still read so I can move the camera, and additionally any keyboard inputs I make while in the menu are recognized (but upon exiting the menu, my character is still unresponsive). I'm unsure of the root cause, but consistently I've been able to relog (game reboot not necessary) and regain control.
