"Landing Craft Foundry Segment Required"??

So I finished Vor's Prize awhile ago and got my foundry up and running, but I saw that apparently I'm still missing the landing craft foundry segment. Isn't that the thing that makes the foundry work in the first place? I'm assuming it's a bug because I've used and am using the foundry to make a bunch of different things, but disregarding lack of materials, the air support charges can't be built with the foundry due to what I'm assuming is a bug.

(Let me know if I'm dead wrong and just haven't gotten far enough into the game yet lol)

Nope, it's an upgrade.

It is acquired via Clan Dojo Research.
