Some Clan-Related Questions.

1. Is there any way to move inactive members to an alternative clan?

(or if there was anything of this sort planned)

2. If the number of members in a Moon Clan(over 300 members with Grandest Hall built) is reduced below 100(smaller than a Storm Clan), will the tier also be reduced? Or will the clan remain as a Moon-tier clan?

So far i know that reducing members doesn't change your tier, even if you haven't built any hall yet, i've tried it.. decreased from 110 to 99 members and the cost is the same
