0 Arezael Posted September 9, 2017 Share Posted September 9, 2017 That message is typically sent when someone buys Platinum from the Warframe website, and the payment is then recalled/chargeback (or other similar term) thereafter. I'd do some minor investigative work and contact your bank/card provider, or if you have access to online banking and check yourself if the payment has had some kind of issue. It may not always show to you immediately - payments usually have a pending status whenever I log into mine, especially at weekends - and don't show up completed until (up to) a few days later. Bear in mind I am just best-guessing, but you should definitely try to check on your end to see if you can find a related reason for the ban Status in your bank account (or whichever payment method you used).
