Chaii
Please let us carry those weapons on our backs like other meele weapons. It looks so damn stupid if you have a burning boomerang under your arm. Edited July 21, 2013 by Chaii

ArcSynder
Did they ever give the kestrel its own animation set? Because I gotta agree, it's like they've never seen somebody throw a boomerang before.

No one has ever thrown a boomerang that does what Kestrel does...and yes, I'm well aware that (non-returning) boomerangs have been used for hunting medium game like emu and kangaroo. Point being, the Glaive is not a real shuriken and Kestrel is not a real boomerang. Still, a distinct animation set would be appreciated.

Numot
Glaive is fine. The Kestrel on the other hand looks pretty shoddy with its holstered appearance that clips through the frame, and your weapons. It should be folded against the arm, not protruding outwards like some strange appendage.
BladeMaverick
The Glaive in itself is a homage to another game developed by DE : Dark Sector - where the protagonist (aptly named) Hayden Tenno wields a Glaive that is held under his arm. Along with that, fits with the lore of Warframe, as Hayden Tenno having the first "warframe". The Kestrel...I agree, it does look rather awkward being held under the arm and twirled around even more so awkwardly in circles around a Tenno's hand. That really needs to be fixed..
