Anyhow, the wiki says that these are both login rewards: Various % one-day Platinum discounts on all Market items Various % off next Platinum purchase My question is, can you actually get the discount on Market items? Everyone that I've asked has said that no, they've only ever gotten the % off next platinum purchase. Even if not, I plan on resetting my account anyway, as I've made some regrettable decisions. ( Mod pack purchases and such. ) So, second question. I bought the Tenno pack during the Steam Summer Sale. When I reset my account, will the credit and affinity boosters be reset, continue from where they are now, or be lost? And will I get back the 100,000 credits as well? Or just the 1500 platinum? Loswaith Posted July 22, 2013 Share Posted July 22, 2013 (edited) It should reset your account so its a starting account + the Tenno pack + any other purchased platinum/packs/event items. I am not certain though as I only had a founders pack, which doesn't include mods and boosters, hopefully someone can chime in that had a mod pack. Though I'd go so far to say if it doesnt add in all the pack aspects I'd contact support to get them, after all you did buy all those items within the pack. I'll update this thread with any useful information when they respond. Here's what I said: #50521 Interaction between Steam's Tenno pack and Account Reset I recently purchased the Tenno pack on Steam, the one that gives 100,000 credits, 1500 platinum, 14 common mods, 6 rare mods, and both Boosters. More recently, I reset my account. The 1500 platinum presisted, but the remainder of time on my Boosters was lost, and I have not recieved the 100,000 credits or the 20 mod cards. I bought all three, I've just only activated the Tenno pack so far. I got an email saying the following, so I added a bunch of screencaps to the ticket showing my purchase transaction, the Tenno DLC being part of my account, and the other two being in my inventory, not added yet. My latron prime and fang prime were both gone. Pretty sure the stuff you get from Founder's status is supposed to stay. I dunno about the other stuff that's obtained in-game, but the latron is listed so I dunno. I was iffy about the Tenno pack because it was an out-of-game purchase, not stuff I bought with plat or earned ingame. x3 The FAQ here ( https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/entries/21675099-Account-Reset-FAQ ) says What items are preserved after using the optional reset?
