Mission complete UI stuck.

Me and 2 others had just completed a mission.
While I was loading back to my ship a another mission was selected and loaded in before I got back to the ship.

This caused the Mission Complete Summary to be plastered on the screen, when I loaded into the next mission I had no control over my character.
The only control I had was to open the Esc menu, to close it I had to use the cursor. I wasn't able to select anything from the Esc menu.
Chat was working just fine.

Connection was lost with the group eventually, when loading back to my ship the summary was still there from the previous mission.

In order to close Warframe I had to close the window.

Also to note this is the first time I've had this happen.
