Aklex Prime refuses to count a Lex Prime as a Component

The Aklex requires two Lex Primes to build. in this picture you can see that my friend indeed owns two Lex Primes.

However when he goes to his foundry to build his Aklex Prime the foundry refuses to acknowledged one of the Lex's as seen in this image.

He tried with the Lex Prime unranked, ranked at the level seen in the image above, and at max rank. no formas or catalysts have been used.

He would be left with no secondaries if he crafts the Aklex Prime. He needs to have at least one secondary weapon in his inventory, or else he will not be able to craft or sell that last weapon. 

@Agent_Thane14Here's a solution, build another weapon, or keep one fully ranked Lex prime, and build a spare. The Lex Prime is a good weapon by itself, the akimbo version has decreased accuracy.
