visual bug: double 3 hr resource booster

When you get your daily reward, such as a 3 hr booster, the upper right notification will show double that time until your do a mission.

Steps to repro:

1) wait until daily reward happens.

2) get a 3hr resource booster (resource drop, resource chance drop, etc)

3) BUG: notice the upper right shows 5 hrs remaining (countdown from 6 hrs)

4) complete a mission or go to a relay and return to your ship

5) notification of booster (upper right) is correct again.
