Affinity Booster altering Energy useage pop-up!

Pretty much as it says in the title.. the Affinity Booster is altering the numbers that pop up when you use abilites.

At least, thats my current theroy.

Having just finished off a three day Affinity Booster, the displayed numbers are back to normal.

And remeber kids!~

Its true, I bought the 7 day Affinity Booster and it does double.

I belive that those pop-ups are affinity bonuses for using skills. With mod which lowers cost of energy those popups values are still same.

Yup, just checked. With power effeciency mod I use 20 energy for fireball and popup says 25. So I guess it's affinity points, not energy cost.

I encountered this, too.

The number also appears unaffected by power efficiency modules.

In other news I cast decoy twice and immediately quit the mission and was awarded 100mission xp. So it may be correct, but I don't know how xp actually works in this game and will need to wait for my boost to run out to finish the test.

Then I tried casting every skill and got 1400 so I'm not sure.

The numbers mean affinity. The "POWER" sign is showing that you're using a power, and the amount of affinity experience you're gaining for using it. I've tested this time and time again, with and without double affinity booster. If you actually look at your energy max, you'll see that some of them don't fit (Like Volt's Speed using up 25 when it says 50 POWER). Azure wrote in that manner because it seems as though you failed to read any of the aforementioned posts, which obviously you still haven't.
