Void Relic Reward Glitch

I just finnshed a Lith Excavation void on Earth Everest,

all was going well, but i think round 4 and 5 rewards i chose Valkr prime BP, one from my own relic drop and another from a cohorts.

i already recived chose Valkr prime BP 3 times from drops, but the 4th and 5th i chose i DID NOT recive i should have had 5, but i only recived 3.

As fr as i can see the relics i used where consumed, but i got no reward for selection/completion.

The only other issed i had was at one point in the game my cahiter became unreposive to controls, no abilites or movement, all i could do was open menues and type, so i had to tell the team i couldent do anything, i died several times and was revived, i tried task switching, menu swapping, even /unsuck. The thing that got me moving again was dying to the chase cam of the team and self reviving.

I dont know if they are connected issues, but im down 2 BP,s and 2 relics.
