BoompigXD Posted July 23, 2013 Share Posted July 23, 2013 Defense is becoming the only game mode people play, why? Because it gives the most rewards thats why. This is due to poor scaling in Raid/Capture modes and little reward in Sabotage/Exterminate/Deception/Rescue On top of that since Defense is so played, most people form their opinions of Warframes around defense. Well that needs to be fixed! Raid/Capture These two need scaling, basically higher level mission, more helpful mod because here's the current pool for these missions 1-2 Raid/Capture Mod Pool Fast Hands, Quickdraw, Quick Rest, Fast Deflection 35-40 Raid/Capture Mod Pool Fast Hands, Quickdraw, Quick Rest, Fast Deflection It should be 1-2 Raid/Capture Mod Pool Fast Hands, Quickdraw, Quick Rest, Fast Deflection 35/40 Raid/Capture Mod Pool Barrel Diffusion, Split Chamber, Flow, Speed Trigger Sabotage/Exterminate/Deception/Rescue Sabotage and Exterminate should just copy above, as for the other two they should give Two Mods because their the harder missions in the game, and make them scale too. Defense also needs to drop more mods at the cost of not dropping a lot of rare mods, that way it's sort of a balanced number. Opinions? Thoughts? Comments? fatpig84 Posted July 23, 2013 Share Posted July 23, 2013 (edited) Add multi-shot mods to the drop pool on maps (like 3% on defense for maps) level 60 and above then we talk. Otherwise raids will become the new defense because anyone with a loki and ash can hoard multi-shot mods just by rushing towards it. rman175 Posted July 24, 2013 Share Posted July 24, 2013 Agreed, there should be tiered rewards like there currently is for defense missions and ideally different loot tables for faction/mission type. That way if we're after a particular mod, we can improve our chance of getting what we want. Hopefully this is an oversight on DEs behalf that will be remedied at some stage in the near future.
