Ballistic Bullseye Broken

Hi DE

After doing tests, both with the miter (50% status chance no mods) and the rubico (5% status chance base, 9.3% with split chamber, 11% with only 2 malignant force and high voltage duel stat mods), I have realised that the augment mod for mesa, Ballistic Bullseye, which is supposed to increase status chance based off damage charged, has 0 effect of the status chance. I tested with both the miter and rubico due to being unsure if the 100% was addative or multiplicative. had it been multiplicative I should still be at 100% chance for status at full charge shot of miter, this however was not the case, and I found if anything, I found it was less likely to get a status to proc with full charge of ballistic being activated and full charge of miter fired, needless to say I was unable to get any procs from the rubico other then when charging the damage of ballistic battery.

I am unsure if this was intended or if you are aware of the situation, but am happy to help in any way.
