Just safe the ammo of your primary gun until you reach the boss. For Hyena and jacky aim for one leg to bring its hp down, you only dmg the real hp bar when hes "down". Whats your and your weaps lvl? The Hyena can be damaged on all body parts, it's just the Jackal that requires you to shoot the legs to damage the whole body. I personally use a Braton with multishot (dropped yesterday, jizzed after using multishot for 1st time), Lex, and Furax. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Volume Posted February 9, 2013 Share Posted February 9, 2013 Never used to have trouble just clipping inside of him and spamming E while turning around inside him. Actually made a macro that presses E for me so I just have to turn the mouse a bit and walk forward so he keeps trying to "target" me. Not sure if the AI has been fixed yet.
