Desamos
I was in the swamp the other day on Earth. And I was thinking, why can't I move faster when I go into my puddle when I'm in water? On solid ground, sure I understand, but in water I feel like there can be advantages for hydroid. AlphaPHENIX
There aren't really that many tiles with water you can walk in. It's sort of too situational to really consider.
(PSN)Croewe
His original datamined passive was to either get power strength or energy regen while in water for those who didn't know.

(PSN)Radehx
Your proposal makes sense...but...Hydroid really doesn't need a buff and the one you propose is very situational anyway. One small change I'd like to see is if you use your 2 inside the puddle, enemies get dragged with you while remaining in the puddle. He's a very strong frame and will be even stronger once PoE hits...so he's in a good place right now. Make him stronger and I'd be worried about DE's nerf gun. He's not OP now because his main dps is very range-bound, but at the same time, I really don't think he needs a buff...and I'm saying this as someone who's elevated Hydroid to my 2nd "main" after Ivara ;)
