How Weak Is Vauban?

I just got Vauban, so I'm not really use to the frame compared to an excalibur. What I am sensing is how weak Vauban really is with only 75 shield, Is Vauban nessasarily weak without heavy modding, since keep in mind that I'm using rank 4 redirection and he is still so weak (or maybe it is since I haven't placed vitality yet).

That's why he throws his grenades, just stay out of enemy's range and shoot your sticky balls at them xD

He's a tad fragile but his crowd control abilities more than make up for that, and his damaging abilitiy Tesla tear the corpus apart. High level Redirection mod and Continuity for use with his Bastille and Vortex alone is enough to keep you alive for the most part. Just get that Redirection leveled ASAP as it's necessary for every frame.

Enemies call him Trollban coz he will **** them up so bad with his gadgets and they can't even do a thing to him.

All warframes are weak at rank 1.

Gotta be crafty with Vauban. He isn't an 80's action hero sort of frame.

if you want easy leveling, slap a maxed Stretch and Continuity on him, stick to infested defense and just use his 3rd ability, Bastille, to hold everything in place as you shoot it.

Vauban has the worst stats of all the Warframes, but he has some of the best abilities in the entire game.

 

If you keep your distance and hide behind cover, you should be fine.
