Stalker On Caloris...

The Stalker attacked me while i was doing the Caloris mission and accused me of killing Kril. Not only have i not killed Kril yet but isn't he only able to show up in missions of levels between 30 and 70? Caloris is levels 1-3. This isn't the first time he has attacked me, and in the past he has attacked me claiming that I had killed Hek, a mission that I had yet to complete, on missions too low for him to show up.

While he definitely shouldn't attack you for killing bosses you haven't, he shows up anywhere. 30-70 is HIS level range. I believe the only restriction (other than having killed a boss) is he shouldn't attack you if your warframe is under rank 5.

He once caught me with a rank 0 frame on mars, the only restriction is he can't attack you for killing vor (I think)

Hmm, no, unless there was a recent change? He shouldn't be showing up on any maps that aren't spawning at least level 30 enemies, and Caloris shouldn't be covered by that. I have noticed that any maps tagged for Nightmare Mode seem to be exempt from this rule.

My first stalker encounter was on caloris actually, he was hunting another player and we were all confused about WTF was going on... the target was a more experienced player who already had stalker aggro from a boss kill but no one knew at the time that the stalker was a "thing"... we actually thought it was another player that joined the session and hacked so he could do damage... or a GM or something.

Anyway, this was early build 8, so at least then, you could spawn stalkers on the lowest levels of Mercury.  Its not unheard of.

Regardless, if the OP hadn't ever killed any bosses on that account (its the account, not the frame) then this shouldn't have happened.  If you did an alert where the target was one of these bosses, then that also counts for stalker aggro.

I've never had the stalker avenge Vor, because no one respects Vor enough to hire a stalker to avenge him  lol.

back before i permantely killed him i would do boss runs and then fight him on mprime, so you can fight him on lower level planets. although since i killed him about 3 months ago he hasn't appeared again, so i must've made him rage quit.

I thought he was supposed to be "reset" once he shows up?

IE, he shows up and he won't show up and bug you again until you kill another boss?

He popped on Kiliken (after U9) once for me, and then again on E Prime without me killing a boss, and accused me of killing Nef Anyo (something I hadn't done since a couple weeks before U9 came out).

I think someone completely borked his code or something....
