Dojo Building Times Bugged

Over the past few days I have been refunding pre u9 buildings in my clan's dojo and then rebuilding them. When i go to build a room and get all the resources in it, it says it will take 12 hrs, so i come back 24 hrs later and only 5 hrs have gone by, and there is still 7 hrs left. then i'll go off for another 7 hours or so and log back in and go to the dojo, and the rooms still aren't done. this has happened with every room we've built so far.
