The base concept behind this warframe is the secondary weapon called Stug.

Fig utilizes an Easel for his first power, that allows him to pick 4 colors

Red - Heat, Blue - Cold, Green - Toxin, Yellow - Electric

His other 3 powers utilize the color to create and cast different effects

The Art style behind his powers would be similar to the Stugs projectile, but colored

Health: 125 (350 at rank 30)
Power: 125 (225 at rank 30)
Armor: 85
Shield Capacity: 100 (300 at rank 30)
Sprint Speed: 1.05
Polarities: 1 Naramon ( - ) and 1 Madurai ( Y )
Aura Polarity: 1 Naramon ( - )
 
 
Passive:: Artisian Bloodshed
When Fig kills an enemy with one of his powers, they melt into a white gooey substance of nano paint
Fig can collect this and restore his energy/receive a buff, based on which easel color he used to kill the enemy.
Upon collection, regardless of color, Fig will regain 1 energy a second for 12 seconds, Painters Guile Perk.
Additionally, each color offers an extra buff/effect for the duration
Red - Heat,  Fig gains a 20% damage boost and regenerates 2% of his health a second for 12 seconds
Blue - Cold, Fig gains +20% armor and regenerates 3% shields a second for 12 seconds
Green - Toxin, Fig gains +20% faster holster rate and casting speed for 12 seconds
Yellow - Electric, Fig gains +20% faster fire rate and melee attack speed for 12 seconds
Switching colors will not deactivate the perk, but acquiring more paint of a different color will replace the perk
so if i have red buff, then switch to yellow, and pick up yellow, red fades and yellow takes over instead
1 buff at a time, instead of stacking and having all 4

Power 1:: Easel, Tap cast/hold to swap color 
Red - Heat,  25 energy
Fig Lobs an explosive red painted projectile at target location, causing heat damage and a burn proc
8m explosion
 
Blue - Cold, 25 energy 
Fig tosses a conical wave of blue paint forward afflicting enemies with a cold proc, deals cold damage
4m forward range with a 4m width range
 
Green - Toxin, 3 energy a second
Fig channels a consistent spray of paint forward in a line towards target location
Enemies are hit with green toxic paint, and suffer toxin procs/toxin damage per second
 
Yellow - Electric 25 energy
Fig lobs a yellow projectile blob that acts as a trap onto the ground
any enemy that touches it sets off an electric chain reaction that shocks and stuns nearby enemies 
the trap can shock and chain up to 8 enemies within its 12m radius explosion

Power 2:: Craftsman {50 Energy}
Various artisan effects based on color, Fig will create an object
He may place up to 1 object at a time, placing another, will remove the previous summoned object
Each object projects an aura within its range, the buff only applies as long as you are within its range
But, its effects will last for 3 seconds when you leave it, this is so you can move in and out of its range to keep its buff
The buff fades after 3 seconds to keep someone within its aura range
 
Red - Heat,  Fig fires out a blob and it roots into the ground, then red paint shoots up crafting an umbrella
The umbrella drips red, and creates a 15m aura that will increase nearby allies damage by 25%
The aura applies as long as an ally is under the umbrella
 
Blue - Cold, Fig fires out a blob and it roots into the ground, then blue pain shoots up and crafts a puddle with spikes
Allies within the puddles range of 18m will have damage reduced by 50%, that 50% reduction is absorbed into the puddle
The puddle has a limit of absorption though, as its limit fills the blue spikes reach up, and then it explodes
It will reduce and absorb up to 8000 damage, can be modded, it basically saps and protects allies from damage  
 
Green - Toxin, Fig fires out a blob and it roots into the ground, then green paint fires up and crafts a green blob wall
The wall can be passed through by allies and enemies alike, applying a buff/debuff
Enemies passing through the wall are slowed by 50% for 6 seconds, and take corrosive/viral procs and damage
Allies who pass through the wall have their current status's removed, and have a 25% damage reduction for 6 seconds
 
Yellow - Electric Fig fires out a blob and it roots into the ground, then yellow bubbles appear around the ground
in around 18m tons and tons of yellow bubbles will dot the floor in the area, these are all explosive traps
When an enemy steps onto one of these bubbles they will set off an explosive shock proc that stuns and damages them
the explosion is within 3m and can chain up to 2 nearby enemies with a shock as well

Power 3:: Inspiration {75 energy}
Red - Heat, Fig punches the ground and red paint flows out from him
Enemies are hit by the wave and suffer heat procs and are knocked over
 
Blue - Cold, Fig spits at the ground and a conical wave of blue paint flows out over the area
nearby enemies are frozen for 4 seconds and receive cold procs after it wears off
 
Green - Toxin, Fig stomps the ground and releases a wave of green paint from his body
the paint sloshes onto enemies and stuns them while applying a corrosive/viral proc onto them
they try to wipe their eyes and brush it all off while being incapacitated due to it
 
Yellow - Electric Fig spins in a circle and releases a horizontal circular wave of yellow paint from his body
all enemies hit will see the effects within 2 seconds, after 2 seconds they will all be chained stunned by shock procs
a residue will remain as well, and any enemies that touch that residue will be shocked as well

Power 4:: Masterpiece
{100 energy}
Red - Heat, Fig raises his hands and sprays red paint into the sky, a spinning disc of red paint forms and lives!!!
for 20 seconds a spinning disc of red paint will sit in the air, it fires off random blobs of explosive red paint in all directions
it deals blast/heat damage and knocks down any enemies hit, any enemy hit as well is painted red
Upon being hit or shot by a gun or melee weapon, the enemy will take an instant blast proc and be knocked down
The red paint is explosive, so any contact at all causes it to explode
The spinning disc works similar to the Zenistar and Azima projectile, flinging red paint in all directions for 20 seconds
 
{100 energy}
Blue - Cold, Fig sprays a huge line forward of blue paint, it remains as a static ground based floor object for 20 seconds
all enemies who touch it are slowed 50% and have their health/shields drained by 1% per second while in it
It is like a huge line of blue paint that gives any enemies who touch it a instant cold proc, frozen blue paint
 
{8 energy a second}
Green - Toxin, Fig becomes motionless and channels energy into green paint, it flows like a wave of constant ooze from Fig
The wave reaches outward in a huge wave puddle up to 20m, enemies caught in it will be stunned and revive corrosive damage 
every second in the reach of the wave of green toxic paint deals 1% of their health as damage per second, and it shreds armor/shields
 
{8 energy a second}
Yellow - Electric Fig stands still and channels energy into yellow paint, random blobs fire off and fly in all directions, upon contact with any surface, a yellow morphed spear blob will grow in that location or even an enemy, and project a shocking aura within 5m for 8 seconds
enemies hit will have the spear grow into them, unable to move and become shocking spear pillars

Able to switch elements on the fly, 4 elements to pick from/colors, the projectiles and casting would be like the Stug projectiles

its like having 16 powers, or something

 

I really think a Warframe based off Paint would be awesome, i really wish we could see a brand new Primary and Melee weapon as well like the Stug

 

The Primary weapon would be a Stug Rifle variant, auto fire, with a secondary shotgun like option

The weapon would be a whip, the whip would be made of corrosive stug energy, enemies hit by this whip will be corroded slowly and slimed/slowed

 

Stug whip, Stug rifle, Stug warframe.... 

 

I like the Stug lol

 

 

What if Energy Color Effected the Stug Rifle or Whip?

No color = white = corrosive

But picking a color works like Chroma

However, wed get a corrosive / blast / radiation / magnetic as our options

Blue/purple = magnetic

Red/orange/yellow = blast

Green = radiation

black/white = corrosive

 

Chroma like weapons could be interesting as well, energy color = damage type
