I had favorited my support ticket, checked it regularly, and when I checked it after 5 days, it just said closed until someone linked me to the recently solved tickets, (thank you whoever that was) it was actually solved, it was simple confusion and daftness on my part, Problem was simple, disable fullscreen and everything worked and I can play now but maybe I should have tried that. Anyway I now realize It didn't warrant multiple threads of me complaining about how I think the support team is bad. I should have approached the problem from a more productive standpoint rather than from a very frustrated and angry one. I'm sorry support and forum. it was the heat of the moment, let's hug.

You're welcome bro. Good on you for apologizing to DE.

 

That said, you should have received an e-mail notification when your ticket was solved/closed by a DE staff member; it's sent to the e-mail address associated with your Warframe account.

 

It might also be nice if Zendesk had a little notification tab for users to alert them if they've received any support ticket updates or messages.
