Wish I could start bounties without going back to Cetus.

Exactly. 

An option is to be able to just let you continue to the next available bounty upon completing the current one. This would be marked and timed similar to the incursions. They could appear in intervals between the incursions and would go down the list if you decide to skip one. 

If you did not start from the first bounty, the next event would start with that and just go down the list until you finish them all. This may cause some issues when the bounties reset. There are 2 ways they can do this, they can just start from the current list or they would require you to come back to Cetus to start the new set of bounties.

I managed to improve my loading time after I watched the devstream and followed Steve's advice to "Optimize" the game using the launcher. But since my PC is still crappy, the transition is far from smooth. I would still appreciate not having to go back to Cetus after every bounty.
