Clan Hall Tier Fix?

Has the clan hall tier thing been fixed? i cant seem to find a solid answer.

 

I run a Shadow clan and i built a great hall without knowing it would up our clan tier. i then destroyed it. so I'm not sure if we're still considered a shadow clan or a river clan now. can anybody give me an answer on this one?

 

im concerned cause the next event is coming up and i don't want my clan to get screwed out of the scoreboard.

A Shadow can is suppose to have a Great Hall. You have more than 10 members correct? If you don't then did you mean Ghost clan?

You will be considered as a Shadow clan. 10-30 members.

River Clan 30-100 members when U9 was released and/or has built a Greater Hall since U9.

well i may have my hall name wrong. so we are a shadow clan of 15, and i built a greater hall. the medium sized one. then destroyed it when i found out about this. but i heard the tier elevation is not reversible yet
