Brilliant Eidolon shard still drop in cetus gate

Brilliant Eidolon shard still drops in cetus Gates. But now not in underground, drops spawns in up side of the gates

Just happened to me and friends (@Yuni_Hermit and @Malduran) except.. to our clients (Malduran and i) they still went underground, spent 10 solids mins in all directions see if they spawned elsewhere... Nada. but for the Host? they dropped at the Doors.  (one of the 4 Exceptionals went either underground or didnt spawn at all on my end either. )

Happened to a group I was in yesterday, host got it the rest did not.  Did this latest hotfix solve this?  Are we SOL on the ones we were deprived of?

I wonder how player-benefitting bugs get fixed properly while game-breaking bugs take more and more fixes to not be eventually solved.

Fix of getting double focus bug works perfectly. 3 out of 4 members still don't get brilliant shard and flawless core. On top of that, you most likely won't get any rewards due to infinite loading. On top of that, you can't even trade cores and gems for rep now.
