(Xbox One) No warning pop up for consigning my Kubrow

Before I go into detail I am pretty new to the game. Use the help of multiple YouTube videos and the usage of the very helpful wiki I was able to obtain a Helmiths charger. As I was going through some of the selections on my Helmiths charger I saw at the bottom where it said consign, it required 25,000 credits and I decided to see what it was. I clicked on it my screen turned black and my Helmiths Charger was gone. After I had looked up what it done I was highly upset and wanted to know if I'm the only one that the warning telling me what it done never popped up.
