Bug with playing with clannie in Eidolon

I was having this issue: When going in Cetus with my clannie in squad we don't see each other and means we can't play together in Eidolon, but it says she is in my squad. No matter if we set same region or no, we still can't see each other. When I'm going to that big door where Eidolon plains open it says waiting for other players and she has same message too when she is at that door. It seems like we are on different channels. I was hoping those recent hotfixes would fix this issue, but we are still having this problem.

P.S. I'm living in Europe, my girl in USA. Don't know if this info helps though...
