any defense (obviously infested ones like io, xini, the pluto one are easiest) or mobile defense (earth - lua or already mentioned kappa)

Those places mentioned are nice, especially Kappa, Sedna.

 

For lots of killing, give your Rhino those Stretch, Streamline, and Focus mods, and spam the hell out of Rhino Stomp.

 

Edit: That is, if you want mostly warframe exp and lesser on weapon exp.

Pluto, Narcissus and Outer Terminus, I personally prefer the Narcissus map though. Make sure you bring electric mods and very good weapons so you don't drag the team down, I've had enough starter gear Excaliburs with horrific, garish paint jobs using up spaces and making us have to revive them.

Kappa for sure, with an affinity booster I've gone from levels 1-15 in one run, 120K XP that single run.
