I can't even do the intro because of the Big Lagg and I did everything in the setup menu to improvise the game, but it did not work.Is my pc not powerful enough or something else. This is my spec: Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU J2900 @ GHz RAM: 8.00Go Entel HD graphics Windows 8.1 64bit. Think you for you help.

You need a (GPU) dedicated graphics card (eg. nvidia). Your CPU might also be a little on the low end (out dated, not that good when new).
0 HisHolinessAardvarkPrime
Your cpu is enough for minimum requirements. What Intel HD graphics do you have (model). As others have stated your "GPU" is probably the problem. Find it and check the passmark benchmark for it then compare to the Warframe minimum requirement GPU. If yours has a significantly lower score that is your problem.

I would not use your CPU in Cetus, it will not function (low end CPUs in full instances will lag masses). Your processor is essentially equivalent to the minimum CPU requirements from when warframe released.
