Session: Unavailable, Full, Or Objective Completed

I get these a lot. Either when trying to invite or trying to get invited into a group. It's getting rather old and since matchmaking doesn't have a feedback section I'm putting this here because something is very wrong with the matchmaking system if this happens so much, especially to so many people because I know it happens to a whole heck of a lot more tenno out there than me.

Happens to me and members of my clan as well far too often for our liking.

 

For example I couldn't join a two person session because it was full.  Yeah.
