Yeah, for you making an aura useful is to make it work for one easy boss, in only one situation... Seems you're missing not only one point....:facepalm:

The teralyst seems to be designed to be unaffected by status and auras like SD (and CP?). Deal with it. It used to work and then they took it out on purpose.

Edit: oh yeah, I got kicked out of the game a few minutes ago. still haven't been able to log in.

The aura itself is irrelevant to Eidolon. They could have made it not work when in operator instead of adding bad game mechanics.
