What The Heck Happened?

I took a break for two weeks, and now....

Something took my shields and energy down to zero, and kept it there! I could recover a little energy from those adorable blue spheres, but it would gradually drop to zero, again. WTH!

And I had no mini-map. If the map hadn't been linear....

The "Artifact" cards are no longer displayed? Did they get axed? I can't seem to find them.

And do the devs know how hard it is to melee open the cylindrical barrels now? Maybe it's the Excalibur sword animation? Nine out of ten tries, I end up on top of the things, unable to open them.

And what in the name of all that's holy did they do to wall-running?

It's a new feature called Nightmare mode.

One of the Nightmare Mode missions. They are super hard and got lots of difficulties, generated randomly. HP drain, no minimap, no shields, no energy, low gravity, timer...
If a node on the planet map looks like a skull - it's Nightmare Mode. It'll be back to normal on the next day.

From NM missions you can get Double Mods, mods, that are giving you two perks, like bigger clip + ice damage for pistol.

Also, yes, they screwed with the melee animations overall, making boxes extremely hard to hit in every mode.

1. you have played against corpus and the litle drone (not the shield generating one and the one droping land mines neither) gives you a fish alike looking shot that drains your shields, do a roll and it will be fixed (you see ive it happens with the screen getting blue at the borders).

1.1. you need to equip ability mods to recover energy.

2. thats weird with the map.

3. artifact cards are now auras and are in the warframe mod section and ADD mod capacity.

4. use reach, i never fail

5. its like always IMO

I did.

As far as the wall-running goes, it seems as if they sped it up. You jump to the wall faster, run faster, and come off the wall faster. It's rather difficult to manage, moreso than before.

I'll look for the Artifacts/Auras in the mod section.
