It's a 7 minute commute for me. People can have emotion, people shouldn't let emotion rule their brain, causing them to type nonsensical threads on a forum. Rational posts = good. I don't know how familiar you are with casino games, but the odds of getting an Ivara Neuroptics BP is roughly equal to your chance of winning by betting on two single numbers on roulette. A chance which most if not all but the most daring (or careless) gamblers would consider to be way too low to even bother. Claiming that the Neuroptics don't drop is simply a false statement. Claiming that the drop chances are too low is a matter of debate but considering that it is by far not the worst drop chance in the game, I doubt that it will get much attention. And low drop chances are there for two things after all: An effective time sink which keeps you playing the game and a temptation to spend plat to simply skip the time investment.
