Strict Nat And Upnp Problem

So I recently logged onto warframe to get the "Strict NAT detected, UPnP malfunctioning" error. I followed the instructions on the site to try to fix the problem but have had no luck whatsoever. UPnP on my game is on and it is also on in my router. I changed the games ports to see if it fixed itself, but it did not. I tried setting up port forwarding but it did nothing. I also have checked and have the latest firmware from my routers manufacturer.

I have noticed that this has hindered my ability to play or join games and it is getting very annoying as I cant join many event runs or void runs with my clanmates. 

 

I would appreciate some help in the matter, and would be happy if anyone could help me resolve this problem.
