Sudden FPS drops

So warframe runs just fine when I'm in my ship, but when I go on a mission after 3 minutes or so my frames drop to 11 or something like that, when I go to task manager I see that warframe isn't using any of my cpu and normally it shoud be around 40-50%, then after another minute it returns to normal and this cycle keeps repeating itself.

I got the same thing too, the FPS drops like crazy then when up like crazy then drop back to the minimum again(4fps), and it happened to me in my own ship...
