{Wrath, The Shield Of Anger}

{Before anyone says "VALKURRRRRRRRRRRRR" , this is just a fan concept for basically a male version of Valkyr}

{The whole Concept is Based off a Character from an Anime/Manga called Berserk (Guts)}

The idea behind Wrath is that as he takes damage, he grows stronger, and he is a tank/support frame, who focuses on major Melee DPS

(Stats)
Health: 250 (550 at rank 30)
Power: 150 (287 at rank 30)
Armor: 400
Shield Capacity: 0 (0 at rank 30)
Sprint Speed: 1.05
Polarities: 1 Madurai (V) and 2 Vazarin (D)
Aura Polarity: 1 Madurai (V)

 

Passive :: Berserker's Fury

Every 10 points of health lost is converted into a 2.0% boost to his base armor and 1.2% to his melee damage and 0.6% to his power strength

This is tied solely to his health bars current state, healing decreases the buff, taking damage increases the buff

{Example, -500 Health grants him, 100% bonus armor, and 60% bonus melee damage, and 30% more power strength}

 

 

Power 1:: Wild Charge {Tap or Hold for 2 different Effects}

The base damage(the 55 not % ) is modifiable by power Strength, the range is modifiable with range mods

25 energy :Tap: Wrath will Ram an enemy within 5m, knocking them over and closing in for an attack

This deals 55 + (3% of enemies base health) in puncture/slash damage, with a high chance to proc a status effect based on your melee weapon

4 energy a second :Hold: Wrath charges, and keeps going as long as you hold down the button {duration decreases its eps}

this has no range limit, and instead the range goes for as long as you hold the button and have energy

Enemies are knocked over for 55 + (3% of enemies base health) in puncture/slash damage, with a high chance to proc a status effect based on your melee weapon

but, he no longer stops, its like an infinite Rhino Charge, with more versatility and control

 

Power 2:: Rage Armor {-10% of current health, and 50 energy}

Wrath activates his signature Rage Armor, and now gains a 60 second buff aura {Duration mods cannot effect it}

the damage he takes while activating it counts as a life force, it is stowed away until he is killed

Upon death, while Rage armor is active, he will come back, the armor turns off, and his health is set at the 10% he put in 

So if he had 600 health, and cast rage armor, he'd sacrifice 60 health, when killed with it on, he returns to 60 health

The armor's revive will be set on a cooldown of 90 seconds {more power duration will decrease its cooldown timer} {minimum 45 seconds, max 90}

 

Secondarily, Wrath emits a 15m aura that taunts all melee enemies into focusing him alone

Ranged enemies have a 25% chance to be feared for 4 seconds within his auras range

This means that melee enemies single him out amongst a crowd, and ranged enemies may flee in terror from him

The chance to fear is increased by strength mods, the aura range is modded with range mods, duration effects fear length/time

{Feared enemies have their armor reduced by 30% while feared, modifiable by power strength}

 

Any allies within Wraths Rage Armor aura gain 35% of his current passive buffs, from his passive {Armor, melee damage, power strength}

This buff only applies for as long as his allies are inside his auras range, this also helps to keep melee enemies off of them

 

Power 3:: Wild Spin {-5% of current health, 50 energy} 

Wrath spins 5 times in a quick succession, dealing damage to all enemies within 8m based on his equipped melee weapon

[All damage he takes while spinning is reduced 60%]

Wrath summons a huge black ethereal blade, and does a spin that damages any nearby enemies

The damage is modifiable by power strength, the range can be increased with {melee reach mods, not power range}

The amount of spins can be increased with power duration mods, +1 per 50% duration, from base of 5

The damage of the spins is the melee weapons damage x {125% + Power strength}

Wrath can move freely around while spinning similar to the stance, cleaving whirlwind

any effects on the weapons themselves can be applied as well, such as {life strike or Healing Return, and any possible status effects/critical chances}

 

Power 4:: Envious Wrath {6 energy a second channeled form} {duration decreases its eps}

Wrath enters a shadowy channeled form, smoke and black flaming shadows envelop his whole body

He loses access to his primary or secondary weapons and pulls out his equipped melee weapon, or if none is equipped, a shadow black blade

If no melee is equipped, Wrath will use a long galatine like black shadow sword, but if any other melee weapon is equipped, he uses that instead

While in this form, all melee attacks gain 100% multi-shot, and the range of all his melee attacks is boosted 60%

the power strength bonus that is earned from his passive is transformed into Melee attack speed instead, so if he had -500 hp it'd be +30% more attack speed

 

+While in this form, if he uses wild spin, he gains 2 additional spins and the range bonus is added to the spin and the damage is now {175% + Power strength}

+While in this form with Rage Armor active, the multishot, attack speed, and melee range bonuses are applied to his allies at a 35% rate as well

+While in this form, Wild charge has no cost in energy, the tap is 0, and the hold is 0, the base damage increases from 50 + 3% to 100 + 6%

Wild charge can be used infinitely in this form, Rage armor applies his ultimates buffs to allies, and wild spin is more powerful

Rage Armor + Loki's radial disarm

 

basically, Loki makes all enemies melee, and so then they would all target Wrath

Synergy with Valkyr would be interesting though, her war cry would definitely benefit him, his Rage Armor would make her insanely powerful

In order to receive Wraths Rage Armor effects, you simply need to be in his auras range +35% of his passive is added to you

Also why no shields tho? Not that it's a problem, just curious.

No shields so that he can take more damage to build his passive faster

it is also a more sustainable source of energy, and more power to his passive

it gives him more risk reward, and i love Inaros and Nidus

 

Iam a fan of Valkyr, and as a whole, i have been wanting these 4 specific powers in a warframe for 2 years now

A spin, a armor taunt, a infinite rush charge, and multishot melee channel, it would be awesome

 

when i imagine his Wild Charge, i imagine him kind of shadow stepping/sliding across the terrain

It would be a great mode of transport though, faster than walking/sprinting

it would be interesting to have it interact with walls though, by allowing him to climb over obstacles/walls instantly
