I wouldn't think so, but Hammer Shot sounds like a lot of fun on Torid or Acrid (if it applies on every tick). It would be pretty hilarious in pvp.

The Crit build on paris is actually pretty simple. Although to fully perfect it you need 4 V slots and 1 bar slot. So for Paris Prime you'd have to forma 3 times.

To your question though; I was wondering that too after seeing this video and lack of Hammer shot. It was probably originally released before Hammer Shot existed. If it were implemented I'd say that you'd want to replace Cryo Rounds from the video's build for Hammer Shot.
