I have talked to Konzu (?) multiple times, but still nothing... I have completed a few bounties too... Is anyone else having this issue? I have submitted a ticket to DE... I went through it twice myself...and no way to skip it...ARGH! The reason I went through it twice was because I assumed it would lead me out to the plains. It does not. It makes you talk Saya, who is in Cetus. Have you attempted to talk to her? I think if you find her and speak with her, she can also initiate the quest.
