(XBOX)Dr Zoonotic Posted November 17, 2017 Share Posted November 17, 2017 (edited) Same thing happened to me few days ago.I've contacted support and they say my IP address has been banned because my brother entered a few glyph codes we share gold and use the same internet connection so we both cant play now. And support has literally been trash help. 1/10 de support teams needs to be updated with a call center they have money. This beginner ticket nonsense is just ridiculous. (XBOX)MossbergMickey1 Posted November 24, 2017 Share Posted November 24, 2017 i play on xbox one and have been having pretty much the same issue. however sometimes itll let me into the game, but not before kicking me out within 10mins to two hours and then not letting me back in until it decides its going to. ive tried everything from buying a new console to contacting my isp. Funny thing is after talking with isp. they attempted to sign into wf as well on a ps4 and cannot themselves. this needs Immediate attention as it spans across multiple platforms.
