Dof/focus And Motion Blur Wrongly Applied During Stealth Kill

Instead of making your character and the victim "focused", it simply blurs out the whole screen evenly.

 

 

 

 

Also, there's the infamous "shrinking NPC" after doing a stealth kill (probably Bladestorm as well).
