Do We Get Full Resources Yet For Destroying New Rooms?

I know if you broke down old rooms you get stuff, but if you break down new ones (after the grid fix update) do you get all resources back? forma, and all?

I haven't test it out but I think that you get all the materials back.

I'd like to know the same thing. Do you get resources refunded to this mystical "clan vault/bank" if you break down rooms created after that update?

I've destroyed a Banner Decoration build after update 9 and only got back half of the materials used to build it. Dunno if it applies to regular rooms.
