Handshake emote broken

Not much to say here - the handshake emote doesn't work any more (at least since PoE, maybe longer). You'll just have two frames facing each other with their left hand outstretched.

Adding to this to confirm (and possibly add extra details).

I could previously perform the hand slap greet from Red Veil together with my GF's frame but now since I lost favourable rep with RV, it has stopped working.

When no syndicates are shared, it should just make the general Tenno shoulder grab shake, no? (I have performed this one with a random person in public matchup a few days ago.. up until that point I was actually unaware there were multiple handshake emotes lol)

I have the same issue I was chatting with a few people at Maroo's Bazar when I noticed that it worked with 2 out of the five people that tried...

U22.8 has fixed it on PC (not mentioned in the build notes, but I was able to confirm that it works again), so consoles will probably get it with the next update.
